Question
Hello, our just turned 5 year old is wonderful in school and even won an award for being the most kind in his class. However at home, he whines, acts like he can’t do things, and cries about everything. He the oldest of 4 children so I believe he’s just doing it for attention. He’s great one on one. Do I give him consequences for his outbursts or completely ignore the behavior so he learns he doesn’t get attention acting that way?
