Question
Our 2 yr son is very disrespectful and has a fiery temper. He loves to hit and say “no” whenever we cross his will or sometimes even when he thinks trouble is coming. The rebellious, defiant attitude is horrible. We are doing all we know to do but haven’t seen progress yet. I know if we don’t conquer this he will be a monster. We use alpha speech and try to be consistent. My husband and I work together as a team on raising the kids. My husband has been very disturbed at how disrespectful our son is to me (hitting me and saying no) and handles the discipline when he is home. I try to let the kids know that I am in charge whenever Daddy isn’t around but this battle doesn’t seem to be clearing up.
