Question
My son turns 6 next month and has hit a stage where if I use alpha speech and he doesn’t like what we’re doing, he follows me around whining or trying to convince me otherwise. If I tell him to go to his room or that I’ve took away a privilege, he begins to melt down. He may scream for upwards of an hour, even after sent to his room. I’ve obviously lost all power here. Any advice to get us on the right track again?
