Question
My 6 year old son is refusing to participate in swim team, because he says it’s hard and I want to quit. In the past we’ve allowed him to quit activities, and he was told he would do swim team and he agreed.
Life is hard and it’s so good for him to do this but I’m incredibly frustrated because he won’t even try. Both my husband and I are on the same page, and agree that he needs to finish this out, and he knows he doesn’t have to do it again if he doesn’t like it.
What do I do? He just sits on the side of the pool.
