Sleep Issues with Toddlers

Question

My husband and I are having sleep issues with our kids! We have a 3.5 year old daughter and boy/girl twin 20 month olds. They all share a room because we only have two bedrooms. They are all also in toddler beds because the twins were climbing out of their cribs. They used to sleep (or stay in their room) from 7pm-7am when we would go and get them. Now at 7pm we put them all to bed (and we do have a consistent, predictable schedule) and they all get out of their beds and play and sometimes fight. We try to not go in unless one is crying. The twins usually fall asleep by the door after banging and sometimes crying and screaming. The 3 year old is pretty good. It's stressful after a long day with them and that is the time we look forward to having to ourselves. The other issue is they wake up and get out of their room between 5:30/6am. My husband stays up late studying and I wake up at 4:30am to go running and used to be able to come home at shower and then get them out at 7am. Now I come home to my husband half asleep with the kids up, it makes it difficult to shower and get ready for the day since they're all awake. How can we get them to sleep longer and stay in their room? Is that unreasonable for their ages to sleep from 7pm-7am? They do sleep through the night (once they're asleep) which we are very thankful for. Any help or advice would be great!
