Question
Long story short, after finding out my nearly 14 yr old daughter tells her stepmom how much she hates me and her stepfamily from my side and how much she wants to live with her dad I conceded and we have an agreement in the works for her to primarily live with her dad. My question is; should I confront her on her manipulative behavior? She tells her stepmom very heartbreaking things (I have read some of their texts and she goes as far as to say she wishes the stepmom was her real mom because she hates me so much) but yet still texts me how much she loves me and when she is with me acts like nothing has changed between us. I understand she's immature but this is really heartbreaking and I don't know if I need to back away from her because it is crushing me right now.
